Joseph Beeler, Executive Director, since 1994

Joe is the festival manager. He books the talent and infrastructure as well as handling the business details of the corporation.
He has been in the entertainment business for twenty-five years. Joe worked at Disneyland and the Historic Queen Mary Steamship in California. In recent years he has restored seven antique movie theatres in the Portland area. Active in the community he has been the Booster Vice President for six years, including organizing the carnival for the St. Johns Parade since 1994. He was a METRO Official for two years.

Gary Boehm, Promotional Director, since 1994

Gary has been with the festival since 1991 developing advertising promotions. He was one of the originators of and now manages the collectable event poster project.
He owns a small business, Designed Litho Images, established in 1991. As President Gary has managed the affairs of the St. Johns Boosters for six years. He guided the expansion of the seventy-eight year old organization and the current renaissance of the business district with over one million dollars in revitalization. He was a METRO Official for four years. In 2003 Portland City Council honored Gary with a Spirit of Portland Award for his long years of dedicated service to improving the community where he lives. Council labeled him as the unofficial "Mayor of St. Johns"

Michael J. Peterson ESQ, Director, since 1995

Michael participates in the merchandising at the concert.
He has been in the St. Johns community since 1985 and owns a local law practice emphasizing in Family Law, Business Litigation and Personal Injury. Michael has been a board member of the Boosters since 1998. He is a long time member of the Mt. Hood Ski patrol.
